As The Path Unfolds is a reminder that the highs and lows of life are not fixed places, but movements within an unfolding journey.

The composition exists somewhere between landscape and water. Rolling forms suggest distant hills, breaking waves, and shifting terrain at once, while a glowing horizon offers a moment of warmth beyond the movement. The familiar becomes fluid, as though the landscape itself is rising, falling, and continually reshaping.

Created as part of the On the Scenic Path collection, this piece reflects on the tendency to assign permanence to our circumstances—to experience a high as though we have finally arrived, or a low as though we may never find our way out. But neither lasts. Like waves or hills along a winding road, each rise and descent becomes part of the same forward motion.

As The Path Unfolds  is a visual reminder to loosen our grip on any single moment. The path is still unfolding. The terrain will continue to change. There will be peaks, valleys, and stretches where we cannot yet see what lies ahead.

What feels all-consuming now may simply be another curve on the scenic path.
