Stream of Consciousness explores the fluid, interconnected nature of thought and the ways our inner worlds continuously shape the world around us.

Built from layers of blue, turquoise, and deep indigo, the composition moves like water—pooling, colliding, drifting, and reforming across the surface. Rounded forms emerge and dissolve within the current, suggesting thoughts, memories, emotions, and impressions that rise into awareness before being carried somewhere new.

Like the other works in the Everything Ripples collection, water serves as a metaphor for interconnectedness. A thought may feel private and internal, yet the way we interpret our experiences inevitably influences how we speak, act, love, withdraw, create, and respond to others. Our inner states do not remain contained; they ripple outward.

The layered surface reflects the complexity of consciousness itself. Some marks are clear and immediate, while others are partially obscured, buried beneath subsequent gestures, or transformed by what surrounds them. Each becomes part of an ongoing current rather than an isolated moment.
